Ember & Oak began as a single drum roaster in a Sector 45 garage. Five years on, we still roast every batch by hand, cupping each one before it's approved for the shelf — no batch skips this step, ever.

We work directly with 6 farms across India and East Africa, paying above fair-trade rates because better pay upstream is the only way to keep the quality honest downstream.
